探讨超声引导下对腋窝筛状筋膜周围淋巴结与前哨淋巴结的解剖位置关系，以及在此基础上联合超声造影定位在前哨淋巴结活检中的应用价值

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1术前接受过治疗，如新辅助化疗、新辅助放化疗、靶向治疗、内分泌治疗等；2有泌乳或炎症性乳腺癌；3对示踪剂过敏或有过敏史；4多中心乳腺癌；5多发原发癌症；6不愿参加本研究或不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Received treatment before surgery, such as neoadjuvant chemotherapy, neoadjuvant radiochemotherapy, targeted therapy, endocrine therapy, etc; 2 There is lactation or inflammatory breast cancer; 3 pairs of tracer allergies or a history of allergies; Multicenter breast cancer; Multiple primary cancers; 6. Those who are unwilling to participate in this study or unable to cooperate.
