Objectives of Study：

The medical experience of different stages of orthopedic patients is discussed vertically, in order to provide a basis for improving the quality of medical services and improving patients' medical experience.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 术后进行其他手术； 2. 合并重大器质性疾病； 3. 治疗期间转院者； 4. 死亡患者； 5. 严重的听力、视力或语言障碍，无法正常交流。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other operations after surgery; 2. Major organic diseases; 3. Transfer during treatment; 4. Dead patients; 5. Severe hearing, vision or language impairment, unable to communicate normally.
