研究目的：

本自身前后对照试验目的在于探讨孤独症谱系障碍患者肠道微生物与大脑功能、临床症状、行为学特征之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

This before-after control trial aims to investigate the relationship among gut microbiota and brain founction,clinical symptoms, behaviour features of children with autism spectrum disorder.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.4周内使用过抗生素、益生菌或益生元；
2.4周内进行过肠道检查；
3.曾接受过肠道手术；
4.有慢性不稳定性躯体疾病；
5.患有其他神经精神疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Consumption of antibiotics, prebiotic or probiotics within 4 weeks;
2. Intestinal examination within 4 weeks;
3. History of bowel surgery;
4. Presence with chronic and unstable somatic disease;
5. Presence with any other neuropsychiatric disorder.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

整个试验过程严格执行临床试验质量管理规范，所有纸质CRF输入计算机，储存数据后锁定数据库。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The entire trial strictly followed the clinical trial quality management specification. All paper CRF records are entered into the online database of research center in Xuanwu Hospital and the database is locked after the data storage.
