研究目的：

探讨脊柱微创手术结合运动康复治疗脊柱退行性疾病的临床疗效，并配合三维步态分析仪对围手术期患者的步态进行客观的评估比较。  

Objectives of Study：

To focus on the clinical effect of exercise rehabilitation during the perioperative period of minimally invasive spinal surgery aiming at spine-related diseases, and meanwhile, to explore the related pain,gait and activities of daily living(ADL) with 3D gait analyzer.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准: (1)占位或感染性病变导致的椎管狭窄；(2)有严重的脊柱创伤史，脊柱畸形或腰椎管先天性狭窄；(3)伴有颈胸椎疾病导致的脊髓受压神经根病或脊髓或马尾神经病变；(4) 各种原因导致的下肢永久性残疾；(5)其他原因不能按期随访者；(6)合并Ⅱ度以上( 包含Ⅱ度) 的腰椎滑脱症；(7) 单纯腰椎间盘突出者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Lesions or infectious diseases caused by spinal stenosis;
(2) A history of serious spinal trauma, spinal deformity or congenital lumbar spinal stenosis;
(3) With cervical and thoracic diseases caused by spinal cord compression or spinal cord or cauda equina lesion;
(4) Permanent disability of lower extremity due to all kinds of reasons;
(5) Other reasons can not be followed up;
(6) With second degree and above of the lumbar spondylolisthesis;
(7) Lumbar disc herniation.
