研究目的：

2型糖尿病患者认知功能下降风险明显高于普通人，我们基于该中心患者临床资料和随访信息，首次采用机器学习算法预测2型糖尿病患者出现认知功能下降的危险因素，采用不同的机器学习算法构建预测T2DM患者发生认知功能障碍风险预测模型，比较不同的机器学习方法模型准确性，确定最佳模型。最后开发高风险患者管理网站，方便收集、管理患者数据，预测模型分析后及时对患者预防提供指导方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The risk of cognitive decline in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is significantly higher than that of the general population. Based on the clinical data and follow-up information of the patients in this center, our study is the first to use machine learning models to predict the risk factors of cognitive decline in patients with T2DM and to construct a prediction model for predicting the risk of cognitive dysfunction in patients with T2DM. Ultimately, a website for high-risk patient management will be set up to make it easier to gather and handle patient data and to offer prompt advice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)1型糖尿病患者； (2)有明确的精神及神经系统疾患（如精神分裂症、重度抑郁症、酒精依赖、脑出血、大面积脑梗塞、脑肿瘤、癫痫、帕金森病、代谢性或中毒性脑病等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. individuals with type 1 Diabetes Mellitus; 2. have definite mental and neurological disorders (e.g. schizophrenia, major depression, alcoholism, cerebral hemorrhage, massive cerebral infarction, brain tumor, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, metabolic or toxic encephalopathy, etc.).
