研究目的：

通过糖尿病患者晚餐服用标准餐后禁食12小时的胃超声检查，评估GLP-1RA周制剂对胃残留物的排空情况，为糖尿病患者手术麻醉及胃镜检查前是否停止使用GLP-1RA周制剂提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the gastric ultrasound examination of patients with diabetes who took standard meal and fasting for 12 hours after dinner, the clearance of gastric residue by GLP-1RA weekly preparation was evaluated, which provided a reference for diabetic patients whether to stop using GLP-1RA weekly preparation before operation anesthesia and gastroscopy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）1型糖尿病；（2）不能自主活动或者行动受限患者；（3）患严重感染、过敏、重大脏器疾病者；（4）糖尿病酮症酸中毒者；（5）上腹部手术史的患者（6）目前使用任何其他可能导致胃轻瘫的药物(即阿片类药物、质子泵抑制剂、三环抗抑郁药、钙通道阻滞剂、抗精神病药物和锂) (7)妊娠或哺乳期的妇女；（8）高渗性高血糖状态者；（9）有糖尿病胃轻瘫临床表现者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Type 1 diabetes.2. Patients with limited mobility or inability to move independently.3. Individuals with severe infections, allergies, or major organ diseases.4. Cases presenting with diabetic ketoacidosis.5. History of upper abdominal surgery.6. Current use of medications associated with gastroparesis risk (e.g., opioid analgesics, proton pump inhibitors, tricyclic antidepressants, calcium channel blockers, antipsychotic drugs, and lithium).7. Pregnant or lactating women.8. Individuals experiencing hyperosmolar hyperglycemic states.9. Individuals with clinical manifestations of diabetic gastroparesis.
