研究目的：

本课题拟通过前瞻性的随机对照研究，比较计算机导航系统、3D打印病人个性化截骨导板和传统术式，这三种技术对全膝关节置换术结果的影响，包括：1.手术时间；2.术后3天血色素丢失量、总失血量、隐性失血量和术后输血率；3.术后下肢力线(髋-膝-踝角)和股骨假体外旋角度；4.术后3个月、1年时膝关节的功能评分。

Objectives of Study：

Using a prospective randomized controlled trial, the goal of this study is to compare the effects of computer assisted system, 3D printing patient-specific instrumentation and conventional procedures on TKA outcomes,include: 1. Surgical time; 2. Decrease of hemoglobin level, total measured blood loss, hidden blood loss in the third day after operation and the rates of allogenic blood transfusion; 3. Postoperative hip-knee-ankle alignment, the angle of femoral external rotarion; 4. The function outcomes at three months,and one year after operation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.长期服用抗凝药物；2.合并严重系统性疾病，包括：肾功能不全、肝功能不全、心力衰竭、严重呼吸系统疾患、凝血功能异常、中风以及恶性肿瘤病史。3.因任何原因不接受此试验拒绝签署知情同意书

Exclusion criteria：

1. Long term use of anticoagulant medicines;
2. With history of severe systemic disease, includes: renal insufficiency,hepatic insufficiency, heart failure,severe respiratory disorder, coagulation disorder, stroke and malignant tumor history;
3. Refuse to sign the consent of this study for any reason.
