研究目的：

1.评估吸附性义齿修复下颌牙槽嵴重度吸收无牙颌的临床疗效随时间变化的规律。 2.探寻可能影响下颌吸附性义齿疗效的因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the change of clinical efficacy over time of mandibular alveolar ridge with severe absorption used biofunctional prosthetic system restoration. 2. To explore the factors that may affect the effect of mandibular biofunctional prosthetic system restoration.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在口面部疼痛疾病的症状和体征；
2.存在可能干扰义齿制作或咀嚼试验的颞下颌关节疾病；
3.明显的认知障碍，无法理解书面或口语；
4.恶性肿瘤等严重全身性疾病；
5.不能按照要求随访的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.There are signs and symptoms of oral and facial pain diseases.;
2.Serious ndibular joint diseases that may interfere with denture making or masticatorysystemic tests.;
3.Significant cognitive impairment, inability to understand written or spoken language.;
4.Diseases such as malignant tumors.;
5.Patients unable to follow up as required.;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

资料收集后，对资料进行编号，录入Excel数据库。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质，妥善保存，防止损坏。
