Objectives of Study：

Comparison the preoxygenation and apnoeic oxygenation effects of high flow nasal cannula oxygen with face mask in elderly patients during induction of general anesthesia

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.拒绝参加本研究者; 2.体重指数（BMI）>35kg/m2; 3.有明确睡眠呼吸暂停病史; 4.麻醉医生考虑为已知困难气道需清醒插管; 5.急性疼痛影响呼吸; 6.拟行开胸手术

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refuse to join the study; 2.BMI>35kg/m2;
3. Diagnosed obstructive sleep apnea syndrome;
4. Patients with anticipated difficult airway need awake intubation;
5. Autonomous respiration is influenced by acute pain;
6. Scheduled thoracic surgery.
