研究目的：

本研究的首要目的是通过收集接受七氟醚吸入麻醉或丙泊酚静脉麻醉的成人在麻醉和手术过程中的原始 EEG 数据，记录与意识水平改变和伤害性刺激相关的临床征象和事件。通过分析 EEG 特征并利用机器学习或深度学习方法，初步构建适用于成人的麻醉深度和伤害性刺激预测模型。次要目的是探索麻醉药物种类对成人 EEG 的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective is to collect the raw EEG of adults who receiving general anesthesia with sevoflurane or propofol during anesthesia and surgery, and record clinical signs and events related to consciousness level and nociceptive stimulation. Prediction models for anesthesia depth and nociceptive stimulation for adults are constructed by analyzing EEG features and utilizing machine learning or deep learning methods. The secondary objective is to explore the effect of different types of anesthetics on adults' EEG.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)有精神、神经系统疾病如孤独症、注意缺陷多动障碍、癫痫、脑梗塞病史等； (2)既往有颅脑手术史； (3)反流误吸高风险需快速顺序诱导者； (4)酒精、阿片类药物、镇静药物或其他精神类药物滥用史； (5)听力、语言沟通、肢体运动或智力障碍； (6)脑电监测部位与手术消毒部位冲突； (7)对研究所用药物、传感器等过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of mental or neurological diseases such as autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, epilepsy, and cerebral infarction, etc; (2) History of neurological surgery; (3) High risk of reflux aspiration who requires rapid sequential induction; (4) History of alcohol, opioid, sedative, or other psychotropic drug abuse; (5) Hearing, communication, physical movement or intellectual disabilities; (6) The EEG monitoring site conflicts with the surgical disinfection site; (7) Allergy to drugs or sensors used in the trial.
