Objectives of Study：

To study the efficacy and safety of Purslane gel combined with intense pulsed laser in the treatment of acne vulgaris

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1 对试验制剂、对照制剂或其组成成分有过敏史； 2 试验开始前全身性使用糖皮质激素（包括肌肉注射）、抗生素、其他的全身性痤疮治疗停药时间少于4周，全身性类维生素A药物停药时间少于6个月； 3 妊娠、拟妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 4 患有面部皮肤疾病，可能干扰临床评估的皮肤病； 5 有克罗恩病（局限性肠炎）、溃疡性结肠炎及抗生素相关性假膜性结肠炎病史； 6 因语言问题、精神异常或者大脑功能受损，不能与研究者交流或合作； 7 对光敏感物质过敏者； 8 试验开始前面部使用的抗生素治疗停药时间少于2周，其他的局部抗痤疮药物停药时间少于2周、面部使用的抗炎药物和皮质激素停药时间少于4周，面部使用类维生素A药物停药时间少于4周。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of hypersensitivity to the test or control preparation, or any of its components; 2. Use of systemic glucocorticoids (including intramuscular injections), antibiotics, or other systemic acne treatments within 4 weeks prior to trial initiation or systemic retinoids within 6 months. 3. Pregnancy, lactation, or planned pregnancy; 4. Presence of facial dermatological conditions that could interfere with clinical assessments; 5. History of Crohn's disease (localized enteritis), ulcerative colitis, or antibiotic-associated pseudomembranous colitis. 6. Inability to communicate or cooperate with the research team due to language barriers, mental disorders, or cognitive impairments; 7. Known hypersensitivity to light-sensitive substances; 8. History of facial antibiotic treatment within 2 weeks prior to trial initiation, or other topical anti-acne treatments within 2 weeks, anti-inflammatory drugs or corticosteroids within 4 weeks, or retinoid use within 4 weeks.

医师A通过“随机数”APP生成120个随机分配结果（A/B/C），按区组顺序排列。导出并加密保存原始随机序列文件。

Doctor A generates 120 random assignment results (A/B/C) through the "Random Number" APP arranged in block order, Export and encrypt to save the original random sequence file.

盲法：	制作随机分配信封材料：不透明牛皮纸信封、骑缝签名（防止篡改）。步骤： 1. 将随机序列按入组顺序编号（1-120）。 2. 将每组分配结果（“X”“Y”“Z”）打印在纸条上。 3. 将纸条装入对应编号的信封(非透明的)，密封后由医师C在骑缝处签名。 4. 所有信封按顺序存放于上锁文件柜，由医师C保管。
Blinding：	Make randomly assigned envelopes Materials: Opaque brown paper envelope, mounted seam signature (to prevent tampering). Steps: 1.Number the random sequences in the entry order (1-120). 2.Print the results of each group assignment (" X, " ""Y, " ""Z") on strips of paper. 3.The slip was placed into the corresponding numbered envelope, sealed, and signed by Doctor C in the slot. 4.All envelopes are stored sequentially in a locked filing cabinet and kept by Doctor C.
