本研究旨在开发和验证一种用于预测90岁及以上超高龄患者全身麻醉下行非心脏手术后住院期间发生重大不良心血管和脑血管事件（Major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events,MACCEs）的临床预测模型并绘制列线图。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to develop and validate a clinical prediction model for predicting major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (MACCEs) during hospitalization after non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia in patients aged 90 and above, and to create a nomogram.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 近期发生心脑血管不良事件，包括心跳骤停、非致死性心力衰竭、伴有血流动力学障碍的心律失常、心源性休克或急性心肌梗死后4-6周，脑卒中后3个月内； 2. 资料不全；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Recently, there have been incidents of adverse cardiovascular events, including sudden cardiac arrest, non-fatal heart failure, arrhythmias with hemodynamic disturbances, cardiogenic shock, or acute myocardial infarction within 4-6 weeks after occurrence, and within 3 months after a stroke.; 2. Incomplete data;
