研究目的：

本研究利用多尺度的全视野数字切片的和临床信息构建一个全自动系统预测新辅助化疗后乳腺癌患者的治疗反应。在多中心的外部医院环境中验证了模型的泛化能力，并在前瞻性环境中进行验证了临床实用性。本研究为乳腺癌患者后续方案的制定提供一定的指导作用。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we constructed a fully automated system to predict treatment response in breast cancer patients after neoadjuvant chemotherapy using multiscale digital pathology scanning slice images and clinical information. The generalization ability of the model was validated in a multicenter external hospital setting and conducted in a prospective setting to validate the clinical utility. This study provides some guidance for the development of follow-up protocols for breast cancer patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 在接受新辅助化疗前有化疗、手术或恶性肿瘤病史； 2. 患者接受了非标准治疗或未完成新辅助化疗疗程； 3. 未进行手术或术后病理结果不完整； 4. 缺乏符合分析要求的临床病理资料和 WSI； 5. WSI 质量不高。

Exclusion criteria：

1. history of chemotherapy, surgery or malignancy prior to NAC; 2. the patients received non-standard treatment or did not complete the NAC regimen; 3. no surgery was performed or the results of postoperative pathology were incomplete; 4. lack of clinicopathological information and WSIs for analysis requirements; 5. insufficient quality of WSIs.
