研究目的：

本研究从临床实际出发，通过调查、研究详细制定甘肃省中医院骨科围手术期相关因素的调查量表，从对患者的术前评估，术中术者的操作以及术后护理管理三个方面设定参数，对我院骨科病房需要手术患者的术后切口愈合情况，作最全面、直观的调查、分析和总结，使我院医务人员对术后患者切口愈合情况知识有更全面的科学认识，为进一步防治骨科围手术期切口愈合不良提供理论依据，以便建立能够有效降低术后切口感染的防治路径及体系，尽可能地挽回因术后切口感染对患者个体、家庭及社会带来的危害，这将大大降低个人及社会的医疗成本，节约医疗资源。  

Objectives of Study：

From clinical practice, this study through the investigation and study, detailed set of gansu province hospital orthopedic perioperative factors, the survey scale on patients with preoperative assessment, intraoperative performer of operation and postoperative nursing management three aspects setting parameters, orthopedic ward in our hospital to surgery in patients with postoperative incision healing, as the most comprehensive, intuitive investigation, analysis and summary, make the hospital medical staff in patients with postoperative incision healing of the scientific understanding of knowledge has a more comprehensive, in order to further control the orthopaedic perioperative provides the theory basis for poor healing of incision, in order to establish can effectively reduce the postoperative incision infection prevention and control of path and system, and save as much as possible because of postoperative incision infection for individual patients, family and social harm, this will reduce the medical cost of the individual and society, save medical resources.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

2排除标准：
(1)年龄在18 岁以下或70 岁以上；
(2)已接受过其它方法治疗，可能影响本研究的效应指标观测者或依从性差；
(3)合并下肢深静脉栓塞、丝虫病、低蛋白血症等原因引起下肢水肿；
(4)合并同一肢体重要神经、血管及韧带断裂、损伤者；
(5)病理性骨折或患有其他代谢性、内分泌性骨病者；
(6)合并有严重心脑肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，全身情况较差及精神病患者。
(7)不愿或不能参加本调查研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. aged under 18 or over 70 years old;
2. other methods of treatment have been received, which may affect the observer or compliance of the effects of this study;
3. lower limb edema caused by deep vein thrombosis, filariasis and hypoalbuminemia combined with lower limbs;
4. the fracture and injury of important nerves, blood vessels and ligaments of the same limb;
5. pathological fracture or other metabolic, internal secretory osteopathy;
6. combined with severe primary diseases such as severe cardiac kidney and hematopoietic system, the whole body is inferior to the mentally ill;
7. unwilling or unable to participate in this investigation.
