To evaluate the effect of intraoperative use of low molecular weight hydroxyethyl starch on graft function after kidney transplantation

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

二次及以上肾移植；多器官联合移植；羟乙基淀粉仅在术后使用；术后七天内行其他手术操作；主要结局缺失

Exclusion criteria：

1) multiple kidney transplants, 2) combined multiorgan transplant, 3) use of hydroxyethyl starch only after surgery, 4) undergoing an additional surgical procedure within 7 days following the initial surgery, 5) missing primary outcome.
