研究目的：

1.采集帕金森病患者中医证型及步态信息，选择契合的步态特征提取方法，分析关联性，构建基于步态分析的帕金森病及中医证型智能辨识模型，探索最优算法模型。2.根据脑血管病干重程度分组，比较不同严重程度的脑小血管病患者步态的差异，探讨帕金森病患者脑小血管病变对运动障碍的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Collect TCM syndrome type and gait information of patients with Parkinson's disease, select suitable gait feature extraction method, analyze correlation, build intelligent identification model of Parkinson's disease and TCM syndrome type based on gait analysis, and explore the optimal algorithm model. 2. According to the degree of dry weight of cerebrovascular disease, the differences in gait of patients with cerebrovascular disease of different severity were compared, and the influence of cerebrovascular disease on movement disorders in Parkinson's disease was discussed.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①伴有重大疾病，如严重器官功能障碍精神及神经疾病，肿瘤脑炎等； ②过敏体质者； ③曾经有过针对PD症状的中医药治疗，但最后一次服药时间距离本次就诊时间间隔小于三个月； ④近三个月内参加其他临床实验者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Accompanied by major diseases, such as severe organ dysfunction, mental and neurological diseases, tumor encephalitis, etc.; ② Allergic; ③ There has been traditional Chinese medicine treatment for PD symptoms, but the interval between the last medication and this visit is less than three months; ④ Participate in other clinical experimenters within the last three months.
