研究目的：

确定三维塑形钛板颞肌下修补额颞区颅骨缺损修补的安全性及有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To identify the safety and efficacy of three-dimensional shaping titanium plate in the subtemporal repair of frontotemporal skull defects

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

-术区皮肤存在感染灶者
-去骨瓣减压后仍存在有颅内压增高症状者
-缺损区域头皮菲薄者
-首次开颅术前颅骨两侧不对称者
-存在严重的心肝肾功能障碍者
-大体状况差者
-神经功能严重缺损者
-可能对钛网材料敏感者
-3 个月内受试者同时参加其他试验材料临床试验观察者
-妊娠疑似妊娠及哺乳妇女

Exclusion criteria：

1. Skin infection at the surgical area;
2. No obvious edema, no obvious shift in the midline structure, or no obvious ventricular dilatation revealed
by skull CT scan;
3. Intracranial hypertension after decompressive craniectomy;
4. Thin scalp at the defect site;
5. Asymmetrical bilateral skulls before first craniotomy;
6. Severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction;
7. Poor general conditions;
8. Severe neurological deficits;
9. Possibly sensitive to titanium mesh materials;
10. Participation in other material clinical trials within 3 months;
11. Pregnancy, suspected pregnancy and breastfeeding women.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

待所有患者完成试验后，核对数据，由主要研究者对数据进行锁定。锁定后数据不允许再作变动。数据由专业统计人员进行统计分析。所有相关数据资料均由中国南通大学附属吴江医院(苏州市吴江区第一人民医院)保存。
