研究目的：

通过血清代谢组学以及定量MRI对中药复方防治LDH的机制进行评估检测，通过分析LDH疾病发生发展以及治疗过程中人体内源性代谢物的变化，结合定量MRI对相应椎间盘基质、蛋白、水分含量变化的测定，为明确独活寄生汤防治LDH具体作用机制提供客观支持。  

Objectives of Study：

Serum metabolomics and quantitative MRI were used to evaluate and detect the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine compound in the prevention and treatment of LDH. By analyzing the changes of endogenous metabolites in the human body during the occurrence and development of LDH disease and the treatment process, combined with quantitative MRI to measure the changes of the corresponding intervertebral disc matrix, protein and water content. This study provides objective support for clarifying the specific mechanism of Duhuo-Jisheng decoction in the prevention and treatment of LDH.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①不符合腰椎间盘突出症诊断标准和纳入标准的患者； ②椎管狭窄、椎体肿瘤或结核等疾病引起的； ③合并腰椎滑脱、腰椎骨折、腰椎结核及骨肿瘤患者； ④体质容易过敏者； ⑤既往有腰椎手术病史； ⑥伴有下肢肌无力和神经源性跛行； ⑦严重心血管系统、肝、肾、造血系统等疾病、精神病患者、怀孕妇女；同时参加其他临床研究者； ⑧椎间盘巨大突出或是脱出，手术指证明确者； ⑨马尾综合征，出现明显神经功能损害，尤其是继发性排便功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients who did not meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of lumbar disc herniation; ② caused by diseases such as spinal stenosis, vertebral tumor or tuberculosis; ③ patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis, lumbar fracture, lumbar tuberculosis and bone tumor; ④ people who are susceptible to allergy; (5) previous history of lumbar surgery; ⑥ lower limb muscle weakness and neurogenic claudication; ⑦ Severe diseases of cardiovascular system, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, mental patients, pregnant women; Participating in other clinical investigators; ⑧ huge herniated or prolapsed intervertebral disc with definite surgical indications; ⑨ Cauda equina syndrome, obvious neurological impairment, especially secondary defecation dysfunction.

盲法：

研究采用单盲法，即盲病人，受试者之间不交流，使受试者不清楚分组情况。盲法评价与分析，由不知分组情况的第三方进行评估和统计分析，实行研究者、操作者与评价统计者的三分离原则。

Blinding：

The study was single-blinded, that is, the patients were blinded, and the subjects did not communicate with each other, so that the subjects were not aware of the group assignment. The blinded evaluation and analysis were performed by a third party who was unaware of the grouping, and the three separation principles of researchers, operators and evaluation statisticians were implemented.
