通过虚拟认知症友好社区的支持干预，与对照组相比认知症照护者可以有效减轻照护负担、提高生活质量、缓解其焦虑和抑郁的严重程度。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the support intervention of virtual cognitive-friendly communities, cognitive caregivers can effectively reduce the care burden, improve the quality of life, and reduce the severity of anxiety and depression compared with the control group.

排除标准为：1.具备医学、护理、心理学的教育或工作背景；2.具有已确诊的抑郁或焦虑症。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria are: 1. Education or work background in medicine, nursing, or psychology; 2. Have diagnosed depression or anxiety disorder.

干预组注册并登录“虚拟认知症友好社区”app，每周完成10分钟的基于虚拟游戏的知识和技能培训，每周参加一次小组分享会，每周收到一个作业平衡评估报告；每周用积分兑换30分钟的远程情绪疏导等线上咨询服务或转介线下喘息服务（照护者可将认知症老人送至合作养老机构，享受一定时长的休息）。干预组照护者每周在平台上提交反思日记和评价反馈。

The intervention group registered and logged into the "Virtual Cognitive Friendly Community" app, completed 10 minutes of virtual game based knowledge and skills training every week, participated in a weekly group sharing meeting, and received a homework balance assessment report every week; Every week, redeem 30 minutes of remote emotional counseling and other online counseling services or referral offline breathing services with points (caregivers can send elderly people with cognitive impairment to cooperative elderly care institutions to enjoy a certain amount of rest). Interventional group caregivers submit reflection diaries and evaluation feedback on the platform every week.
