研究目的：

基于磁共振QMRI技术，在3.0T磁共振成像系统平台上，采集下腰痛患者的T2mapping成像、IDEAL加权成像数据。分析IVDD的T2值、FSF、WSF与Pfirrmann分级及下腰痛临床评分的相关性。对比研究磁共振T2mapping成像、IDEAL成像的对IVDD定量的优势，探讨QMRI对IVDD早期定量诊断的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on QMRI, T2mapping imaging and IDEAL weighted imaging data of patients with lower back pain were acquired on the 3.0T MRI. T2 value of IVDD, FSF, WSF and Pfirrmann grading and lower back pain was analyzed. To compare the quantitative advantages of T2mapping imaging and IDEAL imaging to IVDD. Explore the application value of QMRI in early quantitative diagnosis of IVDD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

妊娠，哺乳期妇女；重患者或存在心、肝、肾功能衰竭；精神障碍、肢体残疾、智力障碍；不愿受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnancy, lactating women; Patients with heart, liver, renal multiple system organ failure; Mental disorders, physical disability, mental retardation; Claustrophobia;Unwilling subjects.
