研究目的：

調查⼀舌頭強化運動及下巴下壓運動對輕度認知功能障礙衰弱老⼈吞嚥能力、舌頭肌力、誤吸、營養狀況及吞嚥生活品質的影響。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of Tongue Strengthening Exercises and CTAR Exercises for Frail Elders with MCI on Swallowing Function, Tongue Strength, Aspiration, Nutrition Status, And Quality of Life of the Swallowing.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 嚴重溝通能⼒障礙者。(2)無法獨立執行運動者。 (3)無法轉動頭部或頸部者。 (4)使用anticholinergics, benzodiazepine, or antihistamines藥物。 (5)吸入性肺炎者。(6)氣切者。(7) 罹患神經肌肉病變（neuromuscular disorders）或失智症者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) severe communication difficulties; (2) inability to exercise independently or requires other’s assistance to exercise; (3) inability to lift the head or neck; (4) current use of anticholinergics, benzodiazepine, or antihistamines; (5) aspiration pneumonia; (6) having a tracheotomy; (7) Nneuromuscular disorders or Dementia.
