研究目的:

本课题基于中医“脾主肌肉”理论与“肠肌轴”理论,以气虚质老年人肌少症患者的粪便16sDNA肠道菌群测序特征为着眼点,采用DBA-510进行人体成分分析检查,与非肌少症老年人和平和质老年肌少症患者作对照,探究气虚质老年人肌少症患者的肠道生态环境,为其临床防治提供客观参考。基于“肠-肌轴”学说研究人体成分参数特点及与肠道菌群的相关性,丰富中医“脾主肌肉”的现代科学内涵。  

Objectives of Study:

This study focused on the intestinal flora sequencing characteristics of stool 16sDNA of elderly patients with sarcopenia due to Qi deficiency, and conducted human body composition analysis by using DBA-510, compared with non-sarcopenia elderly patients and patients with mild sarcopenia. We are going to explore the intestinal ecological environment of the elderly sarcopenia patients with qi deficiency quality, and provide reference for their clinical prevention and treatment.Based on the theory of "gut-muscle axis", the characteristics of human composition parameters and their correlation with intestinal flora were studied to enrich the modern scientific connotation of "spleen governing muscle" in traditional Chinese medicine.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

①患有严重影响肌肉、骨骼代谢疾病的患者,如恶性肿瘤、脑血管意外、严重肝病、严重肾病、严重糖尿病、甲状腺疾病、甲状旁腺疾病、神经系统疾病等。 ②合并严重颈腰膝部疾病,影响站立行走和握力试验患者; ③合并急慢性胃肠炎等消化系统疾病者; ④收集大便标本前 2 周内曾服用影响肠道菌群的药物,如抗生素、益生菌等其他用于消化道的药物。 ⑤合并严重精神疾患或认知障碍(简易智能量表得分低于 20 分),不能配合完成问卷调查者。

Exclusion criteria:

① Patients with diseases that seriously affect muscle and bone metabolism, such as malignant tumors, cerebrovascular accidents, severe liver disease, severe kidney disease, severe diabetes, thyroid disease, parathyroid disease, nervous system disease, etc. ② Patients with severe neck, waist and knee diseases, affecting standing and walking and grip strength test; ③ Patients with acute and chronic gastroenteritis and other digestive diseases; (4) Drugs affecting intestinal flora, such as antibiotics, probiotics and other drugs used in the digestive tract, have been taken within 2 weeks before collecting stool samples. ⑤ With severe mental illness or cognitive impairment (simple intelligence scale score less than 20 points), can not cooperate with the questionnaire respondents.
