Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of EqualSpheres microsphere-loaded vinorelbine embolization in patients with non-small cell lung cancer and obstructive lesions who have failed standard treatments.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 合并其他恶性肿瘤的患者 (2) 未经控制的远端转移 (3) 有心脏、肾脏、肝脏、骨髓或中枢神经系统受累的重大疾病史的患者 (4) 有无法控制的糖尿病、高血压或缺血性心脏病的患者 (5) 怀孕或哺乳期女性 (6) 研究者判断临床条件不适合行D-BACE患者（动脉穿刺禁忌症） (7) 有明显动/静脉瘘患者 (8) 术前CTA未见明显肿瘤体循环端供血动脉 (9) 对长春瑞滨过敏者、碘对比剂严重过敏者 (10) 根据研究者判断，有严重的危害患者安全或影响患者完成研究的伴随疾病的患者 (11) 当前正在参与或手术前4周内参与过其他临床试验的患者 (12) 有精神疾病，或者有精神类药物滥用史的患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with other malignant tumors (2) Uncontrolled remote metastasis (3) Patients with a history of major diseases involving the heart, kidneys, liver, bone marrow, or central nervous system (4) Patients with uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension or ischemic heart disease (5) Pregnant or lactating women (6) The researcher determines that the clinical conditions are not suitable for D-BACE (arterial puncture contraindications) (7) Patients with obvious arteriovenous fistula (8) Preoperative CTA showed no obvious tumor supplying arteries to the systemic circulation. (9) Those who are allergic to vinorelbine or those who are severely allergic to iodine contrast media (10) Patients who, according to the researcher’s judgment, have concomitant diseases that seriously endanger patient safety or affect patients’ completion of the study (11) Patients who are currently participating in or participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks before surgery (12) Patients with mental illness or history of psychotropic drug abuse
