研究目的：

应用脑网络影像学技术研究中医“同病异治”的针刺治疗慢性腰痛（chronic lower back pain cLBP）（本研究分为肾虚型和非肾虚型）的方案，并提供脑默认网络（default mode network DMN）作为一种影像学指标客观呈现中医辨证的概念，及进一步探索“同病异治”理论的脑网路机制——分型差异及治疗（肾虚型腰痛和非肾虚型腰痛）是否优于认为相同部位和症状的腰痛疾病的统一治疗。

Objectives of Study：

This study was aim to explore the disrupted brain activity within cLBP group and further group difference of brain activity between different TCM pattern groups.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

视觉模拟评分法VAS评分＜4分, 0分示无痛, 10分示最痛脊柱骨折史、骨质疏松或损伤，椎间盘手术，脊柱感染和肿瘤，骨或关节风湿，出血性疾病和抗凝血剂治疗，针刺穴位处皮肤疾病，怀孕，幽闭综合症障碍等。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria included pain intensity less than 4 on a 0-10 visual analog scale (VAS); spinal disorders such as disc infections, spinal stenosis; neurological or psychological disorder; pregnancy or lactating women; and contraindications to MRI scanning.
