研究目的：

探索小儿患者七氟醚和丙泊酚麻醉的特殊额叶脑电特征；为理解麻醉药在小儿中的作用差异提供线索，更为进一步全麻苏醒期谵妄的脑电研究奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the special characteristics of frontal lobe electroencephalogram (EEG) after sevoflurane and propofol anesthesia in children. To provide clues for understanding the differences in the effects of anesthetics in children, and lay the foundation for further EEG research on delirium during recovery from general anesthesia

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.病例资料不完整；2.服用精神类或镇痛药物；3.心血管疾病、肝肾功能障碍、神经精神疾病、听力障碍患儿； 4.术后入住重症监护病房的患儿；5.手术时间＜1h。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Incomplete case data; 2. Taking psychotropic or analgesic drugs; 3. Children with cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, neuropsychiatric disease, and hearing impairment;4.patients admitted to the intensive care unit after surgery; 5. The operation time was less than 1 hour.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据收集通过通过西京医院病历借阅系统和缩微病例查看系统回顾性收集患者基本信息、围术期麻醉用药方案和脑电信息，数据管理通过病历报告表进行管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection Basic information of patients, perioperative anesthetic medication regimen and EEG information were collected retrospectively through the medical record lending system and microform of Xijing Hospital, and recorded on the medical record sheet. Data management was managed through the Execl form and WPS system.
