研究目的：

锁定钢板（LCP）治疗胫骨骨折被广泛应用于临床，通过收集近年来胫骨骨折术后感染不愈合的病例资料，发现传统手术方式采用锁定钢板（LCP），可能造成术后切口感染不愈合。本次研究根据胫骨骨折OA分型，分析胫骨不同部位骨折、不同固定方式对切口感染不愈合的影响，对收集的病例进行统计分析，得出胫骨骨折治疗最优方案，为临床上治疗胫骨骨折选择适合的治疗方案，降低胫骨骨折术后感染不愈合发生率，提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Locking plates (LCP) is widely used in clinical treatment of tibial fracture, in recent years by collecting cases of tibial fractures of postoperative infection is not material, found that use of locking plates (LCP) of traditional operation method, may cause postoperative infection of incision, no healing. This study according to OA tibial fractures classification, analysis of the different parts of the tibial fractures, the influence of different fixed way don't healing of incision infection, statistical analysis was carried out on the collection of cases, it is concluded that the optimal treatment of tibial fracture, for the clinical treatment of choice for the treatment of tibial fractures, lower tibial fracture incidence of postoperative infection don't heal, provide theoretical basis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.3.1未接受手术者；
1.3.2病理性骨折；
1.3.3其他内、外固定治疗者除外；
1.3.4受试者不同意，未签署知情同意书者；
1.3.5此次手术前已确认感染者；
1.3.6有其他严重疾病者，例如心血管疾病、肝肾疾病、造血系统疾病、内分泌疾病等；
1.3.7有手术禁忌症者；
1.3.8受试者中止、退出临床试验者；
1.3.9病情严重，难于作出有效评价者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. uncircumcised patients;
2. pathological fracture;
3. except for other internal and external fixers;
4. the subject disagrees and does not sign the informed consent book;
5. confirmed infected before the operation;
6. other serious diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney disease, hematopoietic system disease, endocrine disease, etc.
7. patients with surgical contraindications;
8. subject suspension and withdrawal of clinical trial participants;
9. serious illness, difficult to make effective appraiser.
