研究目的：

1、对传统胸带进行改进，设计新型可调式多头弹力胸带; 2、对多头弹力胸带进行临床应用，探讨使用传统胸带、使用新型胸带2组患者的临床应用结果.  

Objectives of Study：

1. Improve the traditional chest strap and design a new type of adjustable multi-head elastic chest strap. 2. Carry out clinical application of multi-head elastic chest strap, and explore the clinical application results of three groups of patients without chest straps, traditional chest straps and new chest straps.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有皮肤疾病、过敏史，及损伤者 2.病人术 后 合 并 严重呼吸、肝、肾、神经系统并发症、血流动力学、严重心律失常、二次手术、围术期心肌梗死、出现各类栓塞、存在运动障碍或严重认知功能障碍的病人被排除。 3.无法配合完成研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with skin diseases, allergy history, and injuries 2. Patients with severe postoperative complications including respiratory, hepatic, renal, neurological complications, hemodynamic instability, severe arrhythmia, secondary surgery, perioperative myocardial infarction, various types of embolism, motor dysfunction or severe cognitive impairment 3. Patients who are unable to cooperate with the researchers.

研究助理员使用随机数表为每位患者分配一个随机数。根据随机数将患者分为二组：使用传统胸带组、使用新型胸带组。随机分为50例对照组，接受传统胸带；50例患者设为实验组，接受新型可调式多头弹性胸带。

Assign a random number to each patient using a random number table. The patients were divided into two groups based on random numbers: the group using traditional chest straps and the group using new chest straps. They were randomly divided into 50 cases as the control group and received traditional chest belts. Fifty patients were set as the experimental group and received the new adjustable multi-head elastic chest band.
