研究目的：

探究曲池穴缪刺法结合虚拟现实康复游戏对缺血性脑卒中上肢运动功能的疗效及机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Quchi acupoint Miu Ci acupuncture combined with virtual reality rehabilitation games on upper limb motor function in ischemic stroke.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①视力、听力、认知、意识障碍，不能配合康复评定； ②患有精神类疾病； ③由于脑肿瘤、脑外伤、血液病等引起的卒中患者；合并有心血管、肝、肾、造血系统、免疫系统等严重原发性疾病者； ④目前正在参加任何其他临床研究； ⑤存在关节或肌肉损伤。

Exclusion criteria：

① Visual, auditory, cognitive, or consciousness disorders, which prevent cooperation with rehabilitation assessment; ② Mental illness; ③ Stroke induced by brain tumours, brain trauma, or haematological diseases; serious primary diseases, such as those of the cardiovascular, liver, kidney, haematopoietic, or immune system; ④ Currently participating in any other clinical research; ⑤ Joint or muscle injury.
