研究目的：

本研究通过陇中消肿止痛合剂应用于骨筋膜室综合征患者，观察对患者血清CK、LDH、AST含量的影响，揭示血瘀气阻湿滞理论在骨筋膜室综合征发病机制中的应用，探讨活血行气化湿理论在治疗过程中的指导作用，降低组织压，消除患肢肿胀，提高早期诊治水平，有效降低创伤后相关并发症发生的风险，为广大骨筋膜室综合征患者提供更有效更安全的治疗方法。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study through two acetanilide detumescence mixture used in bone fascia syndrome patients, observation of patients' serum CK, LDH, AST content, the influence of reveal blood stasis wet gas resistance lag theory in the application of bone fascia room syndrome pathogenesis, invigorate the circulation line gasification wet theories in guiding role in the process of treatment, reduce pressure, eliminate limb swelling, improve the level of early diagnosis and treatment, effectively reduce the risk of post-traumatic related complications, for the majority of bone fascia room syndrome patients to provide more effective and safe treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.4排除标准：
（1）不符合诊断标准；（2）年龄＜20岁或＞60岁；（3）多发性骨折；（4）合并开放性骨折；（5）拒绝参加本研究；（6）妊娠或哺乳期患者；（7）严重心脑血管疾病或糖尿病患者；（8）肝肾功能不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) it does not meet the diagnostic criteria;
(2) multiple fractures;
(3) combining open fractures;
(4) refuse to participate in this study;
(5) patients with pregnancy or lactation;
(6) patients with severe cardiovascular disease or diabetes;
(7) liver and renal insufficiency.
