研究目的：

临床治疗慢性踝关节不稳需要进行韧带重建者，目前有两种重建术式可供选择，一是应用腓骨单隧道重建距腓前韧带（anterior talofibular ligament，ATFL）及跟腓韧带（calcaneofibular ligament，CFL），一种是应用腓骨双隧道重建距腓前韧带及跟腓韧带，而两种方式的生物力学对比国内外均没有类似研究，本实验旨在比较两种方式在踝关节稳定性方面的差异及韧带最大失效强度和刚度方面的差异，从而为踝关节外侧副韧带损伤患者的韧带重建手术方式的选择提供生物力学依据，以指导临床应用。  

Objectives of Study：

In the cadaveric study, we performed both anterior talofibular ligament (ATFL) and calcaneofibular ligament (CFL) reconstruction by fibula single-tunnel technique and fibula double-tunnel technique, and compared the biomechanical differences between the two techniques.
