研究目的：

通过对比经肌间隙入路颈椎后路单开门椎管扩大成形术及传统经后正中入路的单开门椎管扩大成形术的临床、影像学指标及患者评价结果，验证的有效性和安全性，

Objectives of Study：

To validate the efficacy and safety of posterior cervical single open-door laminoplasty through intramuscular approach, compared to conventional mid-line approach, through clinical, radiological, and patient reported outcome measurement.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并骨折、脱位的颈椎外伤； 2.颈椎肿瘤； 3.颈椎感染； 4.既往曾接受颈椎手术患者； 5.伴严重颈痛患者（颈部VAS大于3分）； 6.伴严重颈部后凸畸形患者（局部后凸角大于15度）； 7.需联合前路手术患者； 8.伴严重合并症的患者； 9.病变累及寰枢椎的患者； 10.合并类风湿性关节炎或强直性脊柱炎的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cervical spine trauma with fractures and/or dislocations; 2. Tumor of cervical spine; 3. Infectious disease of cervical spine; 4. Previous surgery in cervical spine region; 5. With severe neck pain (neck visual analog scale >3); 6. With severe cervical spine kyphotic deformity (Cobb angle >15 degrees); 7. Receive combine approach surgery; 8. With uncontrollable comorbidities; 9. Disease involved upper cervical region; 10. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis or ankylosing spondylitis;
