研究目的：

基于问卷建立适用于中国及美国女性的乳腺癌风险评估系统，建立适用的乳腺癌早筛流程，提高筛查效率及早诊率，改善预后。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the questionnaire, a breast cancer risk assessment system suitable for women in China and the United States was established, and an appropriate early screening process for breast cancer was established to improve the screening efficiency and early diagnosis rate, and improve the prognosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1: 双乳已切除女性； 2: 已确诊为乳腺癌者； 3: 无自我行为能力者，无法完成问卷调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1: Women with both breasts removed 2: Those who have been diagnosed with breast cancer 3: Those who are incapable of self-conduct and are unable to complete the questionnaire.
