研究目的：

1、主要研究目的 （1）调查中国45-64岁女性的HPV感染率和型别分布。 （2）调查中国45-64岁女性接种HPV疫苗的影响因素/必要因素（如性行为特征）。 2、次要研究目标 （1）调查45-64岁中国女性对HPV疫苗的认识和接种意向。 （2）探索中国45-64岁女性的性行为特征与HPV感染之间的关系 3、探索性研究目标：探索在中国扩大HPV疫苗接种年龄的可能性  

Objectives of Study：

1.Primary study objective: (1)To investigate the HPV prevalence and type distribution among women aged 45-64 years in China. (2)To investigate the influencing/necessary factors (such as sexual characteristics) of HPV vaccination among women aged 45-64 yeas in China. 2.Secondary study objective: (1)To investigate HPV vaccine awareness and vaccination intention among Chinese women with 45-64 years (2)To investigate the relation between sexual behavior characteristics and HPV infection in women aged 45-64 years in China. 3.Exploratory study objective: To explore the possibility of age expansion of HPV vaccination in China.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）子宫切除术后 （2）曾被诊断为宫颈病变 （3）怀孕期间的妇女 （4）因患有其他疾病而不适合接受筛查的妇女

Exclusion criteria：

1) Post-hysterectomy; (2) Previously diagnosed cervical lesions; (3) Women during pregnancy; (4) Women with other conditions that make them unsuitable for screening
