研究目的：

1.通过对淋巴瘤患者诊疗全疗程证候要素、基因组表型、影像组学的动态监测和分析，筛选鉴定出淋巴瘤中西医结合诊断分层、风险预警及预后监测模型的证候要素、ctDNA基因表型及影像组学参数； 2.发现ctDNA基因组表型、影像组学与证候要素“辨病-表型-组学-辨证”的关键连接点，明确有密切关联的证候要素、ctDNA基因组表型及影像组学特征，从微观辨证角度阐明证候演变分子生物病机的理论基础； 3.构建淋巴瘤的 “辨病-表型-组学-辨证”中西医结合精准诊疗体系，基于机器学习和复杂生物信息学分析构建淋巴瘤中西医结合诊断分层、风险预警、疗效评估及预后动态监测模型；通过模型校验，优化其区分效能；为淋巴瘤中西医结合精准分层诊疗及全程管理提供新思路。

Objectives of Study：

1. Through dynamic monitoring and analysis of syndrome elements, genomic phenotype, and imaging of lymphoma patients during the whole course of diagnosis and treatment, the syndrome elements, ctDNA gene phenotype and imaging parameters of lymphoma integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis stratification, risk warning and prognosis monitoring model were screened and identified; 2. The key connection points of ctDNA genomic phenotype, imaging, and syndrome elements of "disease differentiation - phenotypic - omics - syndrome differentiation" were discovered, the closely related syndrome elements, ctDNA genomic phenotype, and imaging characteristics were identified, and the theoretical basis of molecular biological pathogenesis of syndrome evolution was expounded from the perspective of microscopic syndrome differentiation; 3. Construct the "disease differentiation - phenotypic - omics - syndrome differentiation" precision diagnosis and treatment system of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for lymphoma, and construct the hierarchical diagnosis, risk warning, efficacy evaluation and dynamic prognosis monitoring model of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for lymphoma based on machine learning and complex bioinformatics analysis; Through model verification, the differentiation efficiency is optimized. It provides a new idea for the accurate stratified diagnosis and treatment of lymphoma combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine and the whole process management.

排除标准：

a. 同时患有其他原发性恶性肿瘤； b. 同时患有其他可能影响随访和短期生存的其他严重疾病； c. 有精神/心理问题，有认知障碍； d. 妊娠期及哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

a. concurrent with other primary malignant tumors; b. have other serious medical conditions that may affect follow-up and short-term survival; c. Mental/psychological problems, cognitive impairment; d. Pregnant and lactating women.
