研究目的：

综合评估醒脑解郁胶囊预防和治疗PSD的临床疗效及安全性，增加该药物临床应用的客观性，为醒脑解郁胶囊治疗PSD提供可靠的循证证据，改善病人生活质量，减轻家庭及社会经济负担。  

Objectives of Study：

To comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of XingNao JieYu Capsule in the prevention and treatment of PSD, increase the objectivity of the clinical application of the drug, provide reliable evidence-based evidence for the treatment of PSD, improve the quality of life of patients, and reduce the burden on families and social economy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)既往有精神病史或家族精神病史 ； (2)合并有严重的心血管、肝肾脏、造血系统及内分泌免疫系统疾病者； (3)合并痴呆、失语、认知功能障碍及无法配合完成量表等相关检查者； (4)有滥用药物史（包括安眠药）或酗酒史者； (5)过敏体质及对多种药物过敏者； (6)正在参加或近30天内参加其他临床研究试验者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Previous history of mental illness or family history of mental illness; (2) Patients with severe cardiovascular, hepatic and kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine immune system diseases; (3) Those with dementia, aphasia, cognitive dysfunction and inability to cooperate with the completion of the scale and other related examinations; (4) Those with a history of drug abuse (including sleeping pills) or alcohol abuse; (5) Those with allergies and allergies to a variety of drugs; (6) Those who are participating in or have participated in other clinical research trials within the past 30 days
