研究目的：

探究乳腺癌术后患者患肢运动恐惧的纵向变化轨迹及人群特征，并绘制不同运动恐惧轨迹的患者旅程地图，分析运动恐惧产生的原因，为后期寻找乳腺癌术后患者运动恐惧的干预点及干预措施的制定奠定基础，以期提高患者患肢功能锻炼效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the longitudinal change trajectory and population characteristics of postoperative breast cancer patients' fear of movement in the affected limbs, and to map the journey of patients with different trajectories of kinesiophobia, to analyse the causes of fear of movement, and to lay the foundation for the later search for the intervention points of kinesiophobia in patients with postoperative breast cancer and the formulation of interventions with a view to improving the effect of patients' affected limbs' functional exercises.

排除标准：

第一部分：乳腺癌术后患者运动恐惧轨迹的量性研究 排除标准：①术后确诊乳腺癌转移；②合并严重的心、脑、肺、肝、肾疾病，并影响患者的日常活动和自理能力；③存在严重的认知和精神障碍无法配合治疗；④既往有神经、肌肉、骨骼疾病或其他疾病导致四肢畸形、肢体运动障碍或术前上肢骨折、外伤及合并肩关节病变者；⑤术中进行即刻乳房重建者；⑥术前接受化疗的患者。 第二部分：不同轨迹患者的运动恐惧旅程地图的绘制 排除标准：①术后确诊乳腺癌转移；②合并严重的心、脑、肺、肝、肾疾病，并影响患者的日常活动和自理能力；③存在严重的认知和精神障碍无法配合治疗；④既往有神经、肌肉、骨骼疾病或其他疾病导致四肢畸形、肢体运动障碍或术前上肢骨折、外伤及合并肩关节病变者；⑤术中进行即刻乳房重建者；⑥术前接受化疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Part I: Quantitative study on the trajectory of exercise fear in postoperative breast cancer patients Exclusion criteria: ① Postoperative diagnosis of breast cancer metastasis; ② Combined serious heart, brain, lung, liver and kidney diseases and affecting the patient's daily activities and self-care ability; ③ Presence of serious cognitive and mental disorders unable to cooperate with the treatment; ④ Previous neurological, musculoskeletal, skeletal diseases or other diseases leading to deformities of the limbs, limb movement disorders, or preoperative fracture of the upper limbs, trauma and combined shoulder joint pathology; ⑤ Patients who underwent immediate intraoperative breast reconstruction; ⑥ patients receiving chemotherapy before surgery. Part II: Mapping of motor fear journey in patients with different trajectories Exclusion criteria: ① postoperative diagnosis of breast cancer metastasis; ② combined with serious heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney diseases, and affect the patient's daily activities and self-care ability; ③ serious cognitive and mental disorders can not cooperate with the treatment; ④ previous neurological, musculoskeletal, skeletal diseases or other diseases resulting in deformity of the limbs, limb movement disorders, or preoperative upper limb fracture, traumatic injuries, and combined with shoulder arthropathy; ⑤ immediate breast reconstruction; ⑥ patients receiving chemotherapy before the operation. 观察组（对乳腺癌I-III期的患者采用运动恐惧量表（TKS）进行调查，对入院患者手术前（T1）、术后 1 周（T2）、术后 2 周（T3）、术后 5周（T4）、术后 8 周（T5）和术后第 11 周（T6）的运动恐惧情况，同时调查采用上肢功能评定量表（DASH）评估患者患肢功能；后定性研究采用解释现象学分析方法，对前期纵向调查中的乳腺癌患者进行半结构式质性访谈，最终形成不同运动恐惧轨迹的患者旅程地图。）

Observation group (Using the The Kinesiophobia Scale (TKS) in patients with stage I-III breast cancer. The kinesiophobia of admitted patients was assessed before surgery (T1), 1 week after surgery (T2), 2 weeks after surgery (T3), 5 weeks after surgery (T4), 8 weeks after surgery (T5), and 11 weeks after surgery (T6) for kinesiophobia, while the survey assessed the patients' function of the affected limbs using the Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand (DASH); the next step is to use a qualitative study employing interpretive phenomenological analysis to conduct semi-structured qualitative interviews with breast cancer patients in the pre-longitudinal survey, culminating in a map of patient journeys with different trajectories of kinesiophobia.)
