研究目的：

研究观察自拟食疗方改善喉癌患者术后肠内营养喂养不耐受的临床效果，探讨中医食疗在恶性肿瘤术后EFI治疗中的作用。

Objectives of Study：

Based on the spleen and stomach theory of Traditional Chinese medicine, to observe the efficacy of self-written dietotherapeutic prescriptions in treating enteral feeding intolerance (EFI) following a laryngeal cancer surgery, so as to explore the role of TCM diet for treating postoperative EFI suffered by patients with malignancy.

①不符合上述纳入标准； ②神智不清； ③术后肠外营养支持； ④患有消化系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Intervention：	Administer enteral nutrition supplements with a target calorie intake of 30 kcal/kg·d, starting from the first day post-surgery. Additionally, use a dietary therapy formula of 25g/d, consisting of cooked Chinese yam 9g, cooked Poria 6g, cooked Coix seed 4g, cooked Lotus seed 2g, cooked Hawthorn 2g, and Dried tangerine peel 2g. 对本院耳鼻喉科收住拟行喉切除手术的患者严格按照纳入标准和排除标准进行患者筛选，对符合要求的患者根据入院时间的先后顺序排序，给予相应的试验编号，从随机数字表中任意一个数开始，沿同一方向顺序获取每位患者一个随机数字，随机数字为奇数则纳入干预组、偶数纳入对照组。

For patients admitted to our ENT department scheduled for laryngectomy, patient screening is strictly conducted according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Patients who meet the requirements are sorted according to the order of admission, assigned a trial number, and given a random number from a random number table. Patients with an odd random number are included in the intervention group, while those with an even number are included in the control group.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	数据管理员根据研究方案、原始病例表等资料构建eCRF。数据的录入与修改由研究者完成，数据应来源与原始记录表和实验室检查报告单等原始文件并应与原始文件一致，试验中的任何观察、检查结果均应及时、正确、正确、完整、清晰、规范、真实的录入表格或数据库中。数据管理员负责对已录入数据进行审核与管理。对于数据存在的疑问，数据管理员将向研究者发送相应的质疑，研究者对数据管理员发送的质疑及时进行回复，数据管理员必要时可以再质疑。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	The data manager constructs the eCRF based on the study protocol, case report forms, and other relevant documents. Data entry and modifications are performed by the researchers, and the data should originate from source documents such as original records and laboratory test reports, ensuring consistency with the source documents. All observations and test results during the trial should be recorded in the forms or database in a timely, accurate, complete, clear, standardized, and truthful manner. The data manager is responsible for reviewing and managing the entered data. If there are any doubts regarding the data, the data manager will raise queries to the researchers. Researchers should respond promptly to the queries raised by the data manager, who may raise additional queries if necessary.
