研究目的：

基于对CRS的表型-内在型分类，利用细菌16SrRNA基因高通量测序技术，研究比较不同类型CRS患者中鼻窦菌群及肠道菌群的分布特点，探索其相关性，提高细菌在不同类型的慢性鼻窦炎发病中作用的认识，并研究不同类型CRS患者的术后疗效，对术后复发患者与非复发患者再次行鼻窦、肠道菌群检测，比较术前术后患者的菌群差异，寻找预测CRS预后的可靠参考指标，以期为改善慢性鼻窦炎发病机制的认识和治疗提供新的信息。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the phenotypic intrinsic classification of CRS, high-throughput sequencing of bacterial 16S rRNA genes was used to study and compare the distribution characteristics of sinus and intestinal microbiota in patients with different types of CRS, explore their correlation, improve the understanding of the role of bacteria in the pathogenesis of different types of chronic sinusitis, and study the postoperative efficacy of different types of CRS patients. Sinus and intestinal microbiota testing was performed again in recurrent and non recurrent patients after surgery, Comparing the differences in bacterial communities between preoperative and postoperative patients, and seeking reliable reference indicators for predicting the prognosis of CRS, in order to provide new information for improving the understanding and treatment of the pathogenesis of chronic sinusitis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

合并疾病如囊性纤维化、纤毛不活动综合征、阿司匹林加重的呼吸系统疾病、免疫缺陷、过敏性真菌性鼻窦炎和内翻性乳头状瘤的患者被排除；术前4周内均未口服糖皮质激素或抗生素；所有合并肠道疾病及1月内患过肠道疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with comorbidities such as cystic fibrosis, ciliary immobility syndrome, respiratory diseases exacerbated by aspirin, immunodeficiency, allergic fungal sinusitis, and inverted papilloma were excluded; No oral corticosteroids or antibiotics were taken within 4 weeks before surgery; All patients with combined intestinal diseases and those who have suffered from intestinal diseases within one month.
