研究目的：

本研究分析PTC合并桥本氏甲状腺炎患者的临床病理特征和中央区及颈侧区淋巴结转移的相关危险因素分析。本文通过大样本的病例对照研究，探讨合并桥本氏甲状腺炎PTC患者的临床病理特征，着重分析合并桥本氏甲状腺炎PTC患者的淋巴结转移风险，为临床制定合理的诊治策略提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the clinicopathological features of patients with PTC complicated with Hashimoto's thyroiditis and the related risk factors for lymph node metastasis in the central and lateral cervical regions were analyzed. This article explores the clinicopathological characteristics of patients with PTC with Hashimoto's thyroiditis through a large-scale case-control study, focusing on the analysis of the risk of lymph node metastasis in patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis PTC, so as to provide a basis for formulating reasonable clinical diagnosis and treatment strategies.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）合并其他类型甲状腺癌 （2）仅行患侧腺体切除，未行中央区淋巴结清扫 （3）资料不全

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined with other types of thyroid cancer (2) Only the affected side was resected with the gland, and no central lymph node dissection was performed (3)The data were incomplete
