Objectives of Study：

The effect of probiotic on clinical symptoms in patients with Sleep Disorder

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.4周内有其他益生菌及相关产品摄入史； 2.8周内有抗生素摄入史； 3.对乳酸菌有过敏反应风险的人； 4.上夜班的人，生活方式不规律的人，以及有酒精依赖史的人； 5.怀孕或晡乳期妇女； 6.备孕（育）期间的男性或女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of ingestion of other probiotics and related products within 4 weeks; 2. History of antibiotic intake within 8 weeks; 3. Allergic to the ingredients of the probiotic product; 4. Those who cannot comply with observation due to working the night shift, irregular lifestyles, or alcoholism; 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 6. People during the preparation for pregnancy.
