研究目的：

儿童青少年抑郁症严重影响未成年人的身心健康、学业、社交及家庭生活，给家庭及社会均带来极大的负担，本研究将探讨DNA-V团体辅导方案对青少年的负性情绪的干预效果，以期降低负性情绪，提升心理灵活性，探讨青少年心理灵活性模型 (Discover,Noticer,Adviser-Value,DNA-V)团体心理辅导对改善青少年的负性情绪的有效性，以促进青少年的心理健康。  

Objectives of Study：

Depression in children and adolescents seriously affects the physical and mental health, academic, social and family life of minors, and brings great burden to families and society. This study will explore the intervention effect of DNA-V group counseling program on adolescents' negative emotions, in order to reduce negative emotions and enhance psychological flexibility, and explore the effectiveness of DNA-V group counseling on improving adolescents' negative emotions, so as to promote their mental health.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①有自杀风险者；②符合抑郁发作（中度及以上）、焦虑障碍或其他精神疾病诊断者，③最近三个月内服用过精神药物或者接受过心理治疗的。

Exclusion criteria：

① Adolescents at risk of suicide
Those who meet the diagnosis of depressive episode (moderate or above), anxiety disorder or other mental illness, and have taken psychotropic drugs or received psychological treatment within the last three months.
