合并其他急危重症；
既往疾病导致肢体无力、不能站立
无 MRI-DWI检查结果

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with other acute critical illnesses;
Patients with previous diseases resulting in limb weakness and inability to stand;
Patients without MRI-DWI examination results.

Index test:

Researchers designed the postural balance protocol that observed the duration of standing. It was estimated that if the duration of maintaining standing was below a certain cutoff value, it would be considered as a central lesion; otherwise, it would be classified as a non-central lesion.
