研究目的：

通过多中心大样本的经皮肾囊肿囊内去顶术和后腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶术随机对照研究，进一步完善经皮肾囊肿囊内去顶术的操作流程，观察大宗病例的远期疗效，为经皮肾囊肿囊内去顶术术的临床应用提供试验依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a multi-center, large-scale, percutaneous renal cyst intracapsular decontamination and retroperitoneoscopic renal cyst decontamination randomized controlled study to further improve the procedure for percutaneous renal cyst intracapsular decontamination .To observe the long-term curative effect of a large number of cases, and provide experimental basis for the clinical application of percutaneous renal cyst intracapsular decontamination to remove the capsular space.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

2、排除标准：凡符合下列任何一项者，均不应参加试验。
（1）不能控制的全身出血性疾病；
（2）严重脊柱畸形、严重髋关节畸形，截石位困难；
（3）未控制的泌尿系感染；
（4）任何泌尿系统解剖学因素引起的腔内手术无法进行；
（5）妊娠、3个月内计划妊娠及哺乳期女性患者；
（6）研究者判定该患者不适合参加本研究的，具体包括（但不局限于）：已知携带人免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）或患有艾滋病（AIDS）；患有精神疾病；传染性疾病；
（7）经双肾CT平扫+增强或彩超检查提示1级单纯性肾囊肿<40mm。

Exclusion criteria：

2. Exclusion criteria: Those who meet any of the following should not participate in the trial:
(1) Uncontrolled systemic bleeding disorders;
(2) severe spinal deformity, severe hip deformity, difficulty in lithotomy;
(3) Uncontrolled urinary tract infections;
(4) Intraluminal surgery caused by any urinary anatomy cannot be performed;
(5) pregnancy, planned pregnancy and breastfeeding female patients within 3 months;
(6) The investigator determined that the patient is not suitable for the study, including (but not limited to): known to carry human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) or AIDS (AIDS); suffering from mental illness; infectious diseases;
(7) Plain CT scan + enhancement or color Doppler ultrasound examination of the kidneys suggests a grade 1 simple renal cyst <40 mm.

1、随机号码的产生、分配、保存 （1）随机号码由随机序列软件产生； （2）随机号码产生后，封入统一规格的不透光牛皮纸信封、胶水封口； （3）各中心的信封分配数按本方案病例数目分配； （4）信封表面以字母注随机号码顺序，由两部分组成，如“01 -02”表示中心01（南昌大学第二附属医院）、顺序号02； （5）于“临床试验筹备会”确定方案后产生随机数并制作随机信封，由项目负责单位统一保管； （6）在随机信封用于患者前，任何人不得打开信封。 2、随机号码使用流程 （1）SAS产生随机号码，形成随机方案，该方案保留在南昌大学医学院公共卫生学院； （2）“统计工作人员”封装后交由项目负责单位“信封保管员”； （3）手术前决定手术方式，并按照本试验方案要求打开一封约定顺序的信封； （4）记录随机编号于CRF表。
