研究目的：

建立基于多理论模型的孕期身体活动干预方案，并评估其对提高孕妇的身体活动水平、身体活动意图、运动自我效能、妊娠体重增加、心理健康、妊娠并发症、分娩结局的影响。

Objectives of Study：

The aim is to develop a physical activity intervention program during pregnancy based on a Multi-Theory Model (MTM) and to evaluate its impact on increasing physical activity levels, physical activity intentions, exercise self-efficacy, gestational weight gain, mental health, pregnancy complications, and birth outcomes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①既往精神、心理疾病史；②视力障碍、理解力障碍；③无生活自理能力者；④有其他内外科合并症（如心脏病、肝炎、子痫前期等）等运动限制性疾病；⑤既往反复流产史；⑥正在参加其他临床研究的患者；⑦在孕前有规律运动习惯者（每周达到中等强度运动150分钟或高强度运动75分钟）；⑧研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Previous history of psychiatric and psychological diseases; ② Patients with visual impairment, comprehension impairment; ③ those who have no ability to take care of themselves; ④ those who have other medical and surgical comorbidities (e.g., cardiac disease, hepatitis, preeclampsia, etc.) and other exercise-limiting illnesses; ⑤ a history of previous recurrent miscarriages; ⑥ those who are taking part in other clinical research studies; ⑦ those who have a regular exercise routine prior to conception (up to 150 mins of moderate-intensity or 75 mins of vigorous-intensity exercise per week); and ⑧ those who are considered by the researchers as not being suitable for the clinical research study for other reasons.
