研究目的：

探讨橡皮生肌膏促进糖尿病足溃疡愈合的有效性及其分子机制，为促进糖尿病足创面愈合提供有效的治疗方法和坚实的理论依据  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effectiveness and molecular mechanism of Xiangpi Shengji Gao in promoting the healing of diabetic foot ulcer, and to provide an effective treatment method and solid theoretical basis for promoting the healing of diabetic foot wound

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

严重心、肝、肾功能障碍者；肿瘤导致的皮肤溃疡患者；下肢动脉闭塞或静脉栓塞者；妊娠及哺乳期患者；合并严重骨髓炎，难以控制的高血糖(糖化血红蛋白>12%)或正在进行化疗、激素治疗、透析者；精神障碍或患精神疾病者；出现过敏反应或严重不良事件，根据医生判断应停止试验者；研究者认为不适合纳入研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with severe heart, liver and renal dysfunction Patients with skin ulcers caused by tumors Lower extremity artery occlusion or venous embolism Pregnant and lactating patients Patients with severe osteomyelitis, unmanageable hyperglycemia (HBA1c >12%), or undergoing chemotherapy, hormone therapy, or dialysis Mental disorder or suffering from mental illness Allergic reaction or serious adverse event, according to the judgment of the physician should be discontinued Patients deemed unsuitable for inclusion in the study.
