研究目的：

①术中血压、心率、血氧饱和度与局部脑血氧饱和度之间的关系；②探讨局部脑氧饱和度变化是否与POD、POCD有关；③进一步探讨低rSO2是否会引起脑损伤蛋白髓鞘碱性蛋白（MBP）和神经元特异性烯醇化酶（NSE）的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

The relationship between intraoperative blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation and cerebral oxygen saturation; to explore the changes of regional cerebral oxygen saturation is associated with POD and POCD; the further study of low rSO2 will cause brain injury protein myelin basic protein (MBP) and neuron specific enolase (NSE) changes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

在全身麻醉下实行腹部手术和骨科髋部及膝部手术的患者，自愿参加此实验并且签署知情同意书者；

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who underwent abdominal surgery under general anesthesia and underwent hip and knee surgery in the Department of orthopedics, volunteered to participate in the experiment and signed informed consent.

CRF表格是由同一名麻醉医师手动记录，同时保留原始数据，监护仪数据保存形式为Do care 麻醉临床信息系统V5.0，脑氧数据采集形式为柯惠脑氧监测仪Invos系统；在ResMan上传原始数据。
