研究目的：

通过多中心、大样本临床研究，进一步完善纯针刀快速治疗冻结肩功能障碍的临床诊疗方案，利用肌骨超声探索其可能机制，提高针刀治疗冻结肩功能障碍的安全性、精准性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Through multicenter, large-sample clinical trials, we can further refine the clinical diagnosis and treatment plan for the fast and pure needle-knife therapy of frozen shoulder functional impairment. Utilizing musculoskeletal ultrasound, we can explore its possible mechanisms and enhance the safety, precision, and effectiveness of needle-knife therapy for frozen shoulder functional impairment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①急性肩关节损伤，肩关节骨折、脱位、结核、肿瘤、风湿和类风湿关节炎。 ②控制不佳的糖尿病，空腹血糖高于 8 mmol/L。 ③颈椎病或颈椎间盘突出症累及肩臂疼痛障碍。 ④心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重疾病。 ⑤重度骨质疏松症等；妊娠期妇女；精神障碍及不能配合治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Acute shoulder joint injury, shoulder joint fractures, dislocations, tuberculosis, tumors, rheumatism, and rheumatoid arthritis. 2 In poorly controlled diabetes, fasting blood glucose was higher than 8 mmol/L. 3 Cervical spondylosis or cervical disc herniation involving shoulder and arm pain disorders. 4 Serious diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic systems. 5 Severe osteoporosis, etc. Pregnant women, Mental disorders and inability to cooperate with treatment.

由独立第三方采用分层区组随机化方法进行分组。以各中心进行第一步分层，各中心将符合纳入排除标准的患者再按照性别因素进行分层，然后在各层内按照年龄段进行分组，设置区组长度为4，每个区组以1:1的比例分配给观察组和对照组，共生成6个区组随机序列，每次随机从1-6中抽取1个数字，研究对象根据入组编号自动进入观察组和对照组。重复此过程，必要时结合动态随机，使所有病例最终以1:1的比例分入观察组和对照组。
