研究目的：

肺结节与早期肺癌有着密切联系，早期发现判断出恶性肺结节并及时干预将有助于改善肺癌患者的整体预后。在临床实践中，肺结节患者就诊时，临床医师根据现有的临床信息及患者的意愿综合考虑采取进一步的措施，主要包括定期随访、手术切除和消融治疗，但是针对某一特定结节，具体干预措施的安全性和有效性是不清楚的，并且基于不同的人群肺结节管理指南也有不同，目前肺结节缺乏个体化风险评估和精准随访策略。本项目MDT申请团队前期在各大指南的基础上提出了新发现和持续存在肺结节的处置流程，通过收集肺结节患者的临床、影像及生存资料等信息构建基于真实世界的肺结节诊疗数据采集系统，在真实临床环境下评估基于肺结节管理指南的MDT决策对患者健康的影响，规范诊疗流程，提高阳性诊断率，改善患者预后。

Objectives of Study：

Pulmonary nodules are strongly associated with early lung cancer, and early detection to determine malignant pulmonary nodules and timely intervention will help improve the overall prognosis of lung cancer patients. In clinical practice, clinicians consider further measures based on a combination of available clinical information and the patient's wishes, which mainly include regular follow-up, surgical resection, and ablative treatment. However, the safety and efficacy of specific interventions for a particular nodule is unclear, and based on the fact that guidelines for the management of lung nodules vary between populations, there is a lack of individualized risk assessment and precise follow-up strategies for lung nodules. The MDT application team of this project proposed the disposal process of newly discovered and persistent pulmonary nodules based on the major guidelines in the early stage, and constructed a real-world pulmonary nodule diagnosis and treatment data acquisition system based on the collection of clinical, imaging, and survival data of patients with pulmonary nodules, to assess the impact of MDT decisions based on the guidelines for the management of pulmonary nodules on the health of the patients in the real clinical environment, to standardize the diagnostic and treatment process and to increase the positive diagnosis rate and improve patient prognosis.

排除标准：

1）存在活动性细菌或真菌感染;2）同时或异时（在过去5年内）原发性肺癌以外的癌症;3）没有肺功能测定的数据；4）存在严重的图像伪影或图像质量差影响观察。

Exclusion criteria：

1) presence of active bacterial or fungal infection; 2) concurrent or heterochronous (within the past 5 years) cancers other than primary lung cancer; 3) absence of data from spirometry; and 4) presence of severe image artifacts or poor image quality interfering with visualization.
