研究目的：

主要目的： ①以病理或临床及影像学随访结果为参考标准，比较68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT和增强CT对胃癌淋巴结转移的诊断效能。 ②以病理或临床及影像学随访结果为参考标准，比较68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT和增强CT对胃癌腹膜转移灶的诊断效能。 次要目的： ①以病理结果为金标准，比较68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT和增强CT对胃癌原发灶的诊断效能。 ②以病理或临床及影像学随访结果为参考标准，比较68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT和增强CT对胃癌其他脏器转移的诊断效能。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: ① Compare the diagnostic efficacy of 68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT and contrast-enhanced CT in lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer based on pathological or clinical and imaging follow-up results as reference standards. ② Compare the diagnostic efficacy of 68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT and contrast-enhanced CT for peritoneal metastasis of gastric cancer based on pathological or clinical and imaging follow-up results as reference standards. Secondary purpose: ① Using pathological results as the gold standard, compare the diagnostic efficacy of 68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT and contrast-enhanced CT in the primary lesion of gastric cancer. ② Compare the diagnostic efficacy of 68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT and contrast-enhanced CT in the metastasis of other organs of gastric cancer based on pathological or clinical and imaging follow-up results as reference standards.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

近1年确诊为其他恶性肿瘤的患者。 2. 随访中被确诊为其他病理类型的胃癌或其他胃恶性肿瘤的患者。 3. 已知对增强CT造影剂过敏的患者，因肾功能不全等原因不能进行增强CT检查的患者。 4. 增强CT与68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT检查之间进行任何抗肿瘤治疗的患者。 5. 妊娠或哺乳期女性。 6. 不能够配合扫描期间在PET/CT扫描床上躺卧或不耐受PET检查。 7. 已接受或正在接受放疗、化疗、免疫治疗或分子靶向治疗等治疗的患者。 8. 筛选前1个月内曾参加其他干预性临床试验。 9. 失访的患者。 10. 经研究者评估，受试者存在可能影响研究或不适合参与研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients diagnosed with other malignant tumors in the past year. 2. Patients diagnosed with other pathological types of gastric cancer or other gastric malignancies during follow-up. 3. Patients who are known to be allergic to contrast-enhanced CT contrast agents and cannot undergo contrast-enhanced CT examination due to renal dysfunction or other reasons. 4. Patients undergoing any anti-tumor treatment between enhanced CT and 68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT examination. 5. Pregnant or lactating women. 6. Unable to cooperate with lying on the PET/CT scanning bed during the scanning period or intolerant to PET examination. 7. Patients who have received or are currently receiving radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or molecular targeted therapy. 8. Have participated in other intervention clinical trials within the previous month of screening. 9. Patients who have been lost to follow-up. 10. According to the evaluation of the researchers, the subjects may have other circumstances that may affect the study or are not suitable for participation in the study.

Gastric cancer patients who are highly suspected or diagnosed through gastroscopy or routine imaging examination, with pathological types including adenocarcinoma, signet ring cell carcinoma, and low adhesion carcinoma.
