参与者由计算机随机分配到 1-4 号，分别对应 30、40 和 50% HRR 组和 CON 组。每组的分配顺序和代码由秘书锁在一个盒子里。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Participants were randomly assigned numbers 1-4 by a computer, corresponding to the 30, 40, and 50% HRR and CON groups, respectively. The order of assignment and codes for each group were locked in a box by a secretary.
